OUR STORY
It Started With a Teacher.
When founder Carlos Navarro lost his father—a lifelong teacher—he lost more than a parent. He lost a quiet example of devotion to others. Even in his final days, his father put his students first.
That moment raised a simple but powerful question: who takes care of those who take care of everyone else?
Five Four Health exists as the answer—not as a charity, but as a lasting commitment to care, connection, and community.
